The Songbird Cafe has many breakfast options !! I had the drip coffee, its full flavored and was served in a large mug. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it came with potato chips? I took the chips to hi for an afternoon snack. This is a counter order restaurant. So you order and get assigned a table, not really a service. Seemed to have a lot of tables for larger groups and most seemed to stay and enjoy the atmosphere of the SONGBIRD CAFE.

My fam and I have been eating here for years. The bacon pesto grilled cheese + tomato bisque is the best, but they recently changed the bread and it is nowhere near as good as it used to be. I get trying to use local providers, but please don't sacrifice the experience. Please either bring back the old bread, or work with Zingerman's to make something that is closer to the old style.

Really nice assortment of pastry, sandwiches, and coffee, and they have breakfast offerings like Avo toast and eggs before 3PM (at least on the weekends). The ube latte was really well made, and the pumpkin spice cookie was great as well. The staff was kind and bring your order to you after ordering at the counter.

Name is cute, place is pretty, employees are kind, but the food and drinks were disappointing - which is unfortunately the whole point of this establishment. It has so much potential though!! Prices do not match the portion or quality you receive. The “Classic Breakfast” was two runny eggs, two dry pieces of bacon, a couple toasts, and some potatoes. Overall lightly seasoned and very bland. AC was cranked so high all the food was cold in a couple minutes. The “Gochujang Chicken Wrap” was very small pieces of fried chicken with barely any tomato or lettuce and what appeared to be light mayo inside a tortilla? I don’t know but it could barely hold its shape and was incredibly thin and hollow. The drinks were in cups that look child sized. The place is cute but, no one enjoys feeling deceived.

Oct 2023 Busy as ever! Ordered the lemon pesto chicken salad on a brioche bun today and this was DELICIOUS! 😋 also, tried the dirty taro latte... it was good but did not taste sweet like the taro bubble tea you'll find. The bacon BLT sandwich plus their homemade chips hit the spot too! Sept 2022 Update - Iced ginger tea was excellent and a cup of hot tumeric ginger tea was enjoyed by my friend. Good for the immune system too! Great food, lattes, and atmosphere for meeting up with friends, colleagues and clients. Plenty of space to work too. Had the pistachio turkey sandwich today, which was good, but the bacon pesto grilled cheese was divine! All the flavors blended well together. Don't forget to order a side of their homemade chips. Check out their omelettes too! My friend always gets the lavender latte, and I had the rosemary salted caramel latte today. Both are great.
